This studio apartment is located in "Midtown" Charlottesville; it's roughly 1.5 miles to both The University and to downtown Charlottesville. It offers it’s own private entrance, a main living/dining area with flat screen TV, speakers to attach your MP3 player and “crazy fast internet” via Ting (no cable), a comfortable, firm (not hard!) queen bed, a full kitchen and large bathroom with roomy shower.

For those staying 10 nights or longer, there is a front load washer and dryer, too.

Please note: There is a mandatory regulation for all those who charge a fee for lodging to pay 5.3% for state and local sales and use tax as well as 9% for occupancy tax; we have no choice. Please realize this when comparing other lodgings to ours in Charlottesville.
