This basement studio apartment, "Oxie", is within walking distance to UVA, Barracks Road Shopping Center & both Scott Stadium & JPJ Arena. There is a bus stop a couple of blocks away; downtown is just a mile and a half with many restaurants, galleries and Sprint Pavillion; the airport is less than 10 miles. All so convenient!

ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY

The neighborhood is quiet and there is a nice separate outdoor area to enjoy during the day or evening with a book; it even has a charcoal grill.

We do NOT allow parties or gatherings of more people than those listed as staying at Oxie; this property is downtown and being respectful of our neighbors is paramount.
